At Ideal, the quality is built into the process
itself. In addition to the routine QA systems followed during
production and assembly, a periodic verification of the life
of a gas spring is also assertained. These life cycle tests
are carried out at a defined frequency. Specially developed
force and cycle testing machines are installed for this purpose.
